Lipotropic (Fat Dissolving) Injection
Lipo-Lite injections are lipo-tropic compounds that help breakdown fats, reduce the accumulation of excess fat, metabolize fats, and remove fats from the body. A deficiency results in accumulation of fats.
When lipotropic agents are combined with Vitamin B-12, they create a synergy which facilitates exceptional elimination of fats throughout your body. In addition to B-Vitamins, Lipo-Lite injections include the following lipotropic agents; Methionine, Inositol, and Choline (the acronym MIC is often used in describing this treatment). Together they help to prevent, mobilize, and eliminate fat and its accumulation in the primary fatty deposit regions such as the inner thighs, stomach, neck, hips, buttocks, and arms. The viability of a Lipo-Lite injection is 7-10 days
Methionine is an essential amino acid. By injecting Methionine into a muscle, levels are increased in the body’s tissues which promotes metabolic processes and the burning of fats, helping break down fat in the liver, lowering cholesterol, and preventing fat from depositing and accumulating at specific sites in the body. Other reported benefits of Methionine include improvement of skin tone and elasticity, and improvement in cardiovascular and muscular functions through its role in the production of creatine. Also, Methionine energizes the body by preventing and relieving fatigue.
Inositol is a coenzyme that helps the liver remove fat from the body. It has many biologic processes, including the breakdown of fats and reduction of serum cholesterol, serotonin activity modulation, gene expression, and insulin signal transduction. Inositol is also important for optimal metabolism and brain function. Inositol deficiency may manifest as symptoms of constipation, high cholesterol, vision problems, and hair loss.
Choline is a natural amino acid that prevents the accumulation of fats and cholesterol in the body while increasing energy. It is involved in the synthesis of cell membrane phospholipids (fats), and the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
Vitamin B12 in the form of Methylcobalamin is included in our Lipo-Lite injections compounded to equal a full one ml. This aids in metabolic processes. (Other benefits are discussed in another section titled Vitamin B-12).
B Vitamins other than B-12, act as catalysts that speed up metabolic reactions and the breaking down of fats. When they are injected with lipo-tropics, they intensify and synergize each other’s effects.
