Shirley Elder, BS, MS, MSN, FNP, Ph.D. Candidate

Shirley’s degrees were awarded by The University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she was named to Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities and the Dean’s Advisory Council. She was one of only twelve recipients of The National League for Nursing Foundation’s Excellence in Nursing Award. Shirley was also named as a National Health Service Corps Fellow. She is an NLN Scholar, Professor Emeritus and a Stanford University of Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Invitee.

Her degrees include: Bachelor of Science in Education, Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction, Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certified, and completion of her Ph.D. in Psychology.

Shirley has worked closely with some of the most prestigious surgeons in the country, as well as nationally recognized plastic surgeons. With her incomparable training and practice in trauma, neuroscience, facial reconstruction, and dermatology, she has acquired theoretical and practical experience allowing her to creatively combine the application of neuromodulators, FDA-approved dermal fillers and the latest skin pre-juvenation and rejuvenation. With over 20 years of experience with Botox, facial fillers (such as Juvederm Volbella XC, Ultra XC, Ultra Plus XC, Vollure XC, Voluma XC) and Dermatology, Shirley is recognized as a Master Injector, and has performed tens of thousands of non-surgical procedures and practices that accomplish specific patient needs.

Complimenting her artful approach to the aesthetic arena, Shirley is also a certified practitioner for weight-loss treatment and management. The key is to assess the symptoms, diagnose the conditions, and develop a treatment plan. Attaining and maintaining ideal weight is accomplished by individualizing weight loss treatments and management. Shirley has assisted thousands of clients accomplish and maintain their weight loss goals.

As an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Shirley has vast proficiencies in medical procedures and prescriptive medications. Subsequently, she is a valuable, excellent and credible aesthetic resource…..attaining the best cosmetic procedures, dermatologic care, and weight loss treatments.
